Update to telephone service on Wednesday 15 th December 2021 Normal term-time opening hours for library buildings, library information desks and Customer Service remote support will resume on Monday 3rd January 2022.

Our normal phone line opening hours (Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:00) will resume on Tuesday 4th January 2022. Online support is available via email and the Service Desk on these days.

Please note that our phone lines are closed on weekends, and on Bank Holidays (Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th December, and Monday 3rd January).
